The age of the buyer isn't approaching, it's been here for a while now. People started to change the way they buy in 1993 when the Internet became available for commercial traffic.

Those of us who remember what life was like before the world wide web know how it has changed the way we communicate, solve problems, meet our mates, raise our kids, make money and of course-buy. 

The way we grow our businesses is not what it used to be. And even though you would be hard pressed to find someone who didn’t know that, it would be even harder to find someone who knew what to do about it.

We do whatever it takes to grow business by helping businesses help buyers buy the right thing, at the right time, in the right way.

That sounds very personal. And it is. To understand the buyer and their world, their challenges, their problem, and their hoped-for solution, then we must invest in our own personal growth and development.

Buyers make their own rules, they don't stay within the lines we draw in our sales and marketing processes. And so we must be unbound.
