LinkedIn's Buyer First report suggested that 67% of sellers say they are #buyerfirst, but only 23% of buyers agree.

It also showed that active listening was the #1 trait buyers valued in sellers, but the last thing sales managers looked for in new hires.

Oh, and then there is the 90% of B2B decision-makers who say they ignore irrelevant and impersonal outreach.

No wonder it is so hard to reach buyers and make something happen. Every poorly worded automated message we send is training buyers to ignore us.
