Hi there,

The other day, I was in the garden when I caught Loki (my little green bean thief 🐾) sneaking beans right off the vine. As I chased him away, I noticed something else—some beans had withered and rotted because I hadn’t picked them in time.

That’s when it hit me: sales is exactly like this.

Too many founders treat sales as the last thing on their to-do list. They run the business, focus on product development, keep marketing afloat—and then sales gets pushed aside until it’s urgent again. The result? Leads dry up. Deals rot on the vine.

Here’s the truth:
šŸ‘‰ No sales? No growth. No process? No harvest.

It’s not about adding more hours in the day. It’s about creating a simple, flexible structure so you always know the next step, what’s ready to be harvested, and where the low-hanging fruit really is.

When you do that, sales becomes more than revenue. The conversations you have with buyers feed everything else—your marketing, your product roadmap, even your customer experience.

That’s why in my upcoming HubSpot webinar, Founder-Led Sales: The Truth Behind Startup Sales Success session this month, we’ll talk about how founders can stop the sales rollercoaster and start building a process that supports growth everywhere else in the business.

Because sales isn’t optional. It’s the lifeblood of your company.

Cheers!
